BEFORE CREW ARRIVES

1. Loose dirt, twigs, etc., will be removed from the driveway with a power blower at the time of service. Excessive dirt, oil, weeds, etc., are your responsibility to remove. The crew will perform light trimming of grass and weeds. The cleaner you can make your driveway before we arrive the better the results will be.
2. We recommend you mask off any brick pavers, concrete, garage doors, siding, etc., that you believe need extra protection. The crew will be very neat and careful, but extra protection never hurts.
3. Clear the driveway and turn off sprinklers by 7:00 a.m. on the day of service.

DAY OF SERVICE

1. Crew will arrive between 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Call us immediately if you need to cancel for any reason. Blocking your driveway with a vehicle is also a good idea in case the crew cannot be alerted in time.
2. CRACKS are filled at the discretion of the crew. Hairline/alligator cracks cannot be filled and cracks that are too large/deep can re-open after filling. Our crews have extensive experience determining what cracks can and cannot be filled. WE CANNOT COME BACK TO FILL CRACKS THAT RE-OPEN ON THEIR OWN.
3. Brush marks, streaks, swirls, or tire marks may be visible after sealcoating. This will go away on its own within a few weeks as the sealer continues to cure.
4. Your driveway will be barricaded at the street only. Any additional barricades are the owner’s responsibility.
5. Allow 24-48 hours drying time. Allow more time in colder weather.
